For more information about our members, check the Resources section of this website. Referrals to the Round TableChildren and families may be referred directly to the Round Table by one of the member agencies or by anyone in the community. With parent consent, information on the child's developmental, medical, social, psychological or educational needs are reviewed to explore which agency or agencies might provide services to the child and their family. Then, with consent, families are connected to agencies and services through HRIIC's public health nurse. The Round Table will provide regular follow-up review to ensure that the child and/or family needs were met through the referral. If you are interested in making a referral to the Round Table contact: info@hriic.org. |
